2. We “themaleescortagency” agree to add your profile on top 2 male escort companies in the UK , you will be notified of which companies these are before we submit your details, you have the right not to take this service up if requested.
3. This agreement shall come in to effect from the date of acceptance by “themaleescortagency” and shall continue until cancellation of membership or your request to remove your details.
4. “themaleescortagency” has the right to amend the website at any time.
5. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring “themaleescortagency” into disrepute.
6. “themaleescortagency” will promote your escort profile to Clients who in turn will contact the Escort directly.
7. After registration you may request that your details be removed from our database at any time and with immediate effect. “themaleescortagency” also retains the right to cancel your membership with immediate effect should we deem it necessary.
8. Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties.
9. We “themaleescortagency” stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any incident in any form whatsoever which may occur with an Escort, Client or both. Both the Escort and the Client are responsible for their own actions at all during the date. It is the responsibility of the Client to propose a safe place to meet the Escort.
10. “themaleescortagency” does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings, this will depend purely on demand and the appeal of the Escorts profile to Clients which we will help you with.
11. “themaleescortagency” Money exchanged in legal adult personal services is simply for time and companionship anything else that takes place is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age.
