I have an intense interest in health and wellness and own a wellness center along with a busy yoga studio – I like to keep in good shape, as you can see. I’m now developing a mixed-use project in downtown Phoenix in a historic building that was built in 1925.  We are putting in a speakeasy in the basement, a daycare, a wellness center, three floors of residential, and a co-working space.  We are also converting a defunct golf course by Sedona into vineyards, a boutique hotel, wine cottages, a restaurant, a wine-tasting room, glamping, and RV sites.  We also operate a clothing-optional BnB in Phoenix which is very successful.
