Watching movies is likewise an entertainment I appreciate. Variety is the key word here. I savor quiet evenings, either cooking a meal or just watching the sunset.

Health and fitness are important to me. As a marathon runner of decades, I make fitness a priority. Now, I engage in long walks in the country, on a greenway, or at the beach as my schedule allows.

Travel has always been part of my life starting with my military service which took me to Hawaii and the west coast of California. I have traveled extensively in the United States and, while I’m still based in Nashville, Tennessee, I’m happy to meet you anywhere in the country.

My time in the military enhanced confidence, helped establish a strong sense of self, built character, and a sense of purpose.

I relish good conversation and am understanding of a woman’s emotions, always responding with empathy, thoughtfulness and, when appropriate, a gentle sense of humor.
