Hi, I’m Tim—a loyal, faithful, and kind-hearted gentleman. I was raised in the church, so faith remains an important part of who I am and influences how I treat people—with kindness, honesty, and consideration.

I’m an enthusiastic sports fan, especially when the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers or Cleveland Browns are playing. My musical taste ranges from uplifting gospel to country music, and I enjoy live performances and an evening of dancing.

When it comes to movies, science fiction and a good mystery will always capture my attention. I also appreciate good food; I’m equally happy enjoying chicken Alfredo at an intimate restaurant or finding a great hamburger at a relaxed local spot.

Travel has given me an appreciation for different people, cultures, and ways of life. I’ve visited Brazil and Colombia and particularly enjoyed them. Those experiences strengthened my curiosity about the world and my ability to connect comfortably with people from different backgrounds. I’m Texas-based, but we can go anywhere in the world so long as expenses are covered and I’m given enough notice.

I’m drawn to conversations that have meaning. Conversations about religion, God, politics, relationships, and current events can keep me engaged for hours. I particularly enjoy discussing the differences between what men and women want, need and expect from relationships.

Politically, I don’t place myself neatly inside the Republican, Democratic or Independent boxes. I jokingly call myself a “Republicrat” because I prefer to consider different perspectives and reach my own conclusions. You don’t have to share my beliefs or opinions. A thoughtful difference of opinion can create a fascinating conversation when both people approach it with intelligence and mutual respect.

Faith is an important part of my life. My father was both a teacher and a minister, and I was raised in the church in a close family with both parents and three brothers. That upbringing helped shape my values, including loyalty, faithfulness, dignity and compassion. I welcome meaningful conversations about faith, but I never force my beliefs upon anyone.

I have a serious and thoughtful side, but I also love to laugh. My humor is never based on embarrassing or belittling another person. I appreciate a genuinely funny joke, playful conversation and a woman with a good sense of humor.

I take pride in presenting myself well. I particularly enjoy a properly tailored suit, a handsome pair of dress shoes and a distinctive fragrance—Prada and Versace Dylan Blue are two of my favorites. Men’s Wearhouse is one of my preferred places to find suits, casual clothing and shoes that complement my style.

When we spend time together, my goal is for you to feel completely at ease, genuinely appreciated, and attractive. I’ll listen to what you want from our time together while also being confident enough to take the lead when you prefer. I can plan an intimate dinner with engaging conversation, an afternoon exploring a museum or cultural exhibition, or an evening enjoying live music and dancing.
