Hey there, I’m Liam – a quick-witted and naturally cheeky guy who loves a bit of banter.

I’m not the kind of guy to sit and wait for someone else to make the first move. If I walk into a room where I don’t know anyone, I’ll introduce myself, get chatting, and find something to laugh about pretty quickly.

I own a construction business and work in project management, which probably tells you quite a lot about me. My days involve managing clients, subcontractors, deadlines and about ten different things happening at once. I’m used to making decisions and sorting problems out rather than standing around talking about them.

If something needs organising, I’ll organise it. If something goes wrong, I’ll find a solution. I’ve always been a bit of a “take the bull by the horns” person, and I’m much happier getting on with something than waiting for somebody else to do it.

I’m the same socially. If you tell me, “I fancy going out, you decide,” I’m not going to come back with “I don’t mind, what do you want to do?” I’ll find somewhere good, make a plan and get it booked. My kind of evening could be Pan-Asian food somewhere like Nobu or Hakkasan, followed by a West End show and a couple of drinks. On a Sunday, though, I’d be just as happy having a proper roast and taking things at a much slower pace.

I’m quite old-school in some ways. I believe in good manners, being on time and doing what you say you’re going to do. I was brought up to treat people properly, and that has stuck with me. I’ll make sure you’re comfortable, and I’ll listen to what you actually want. I’m the sort of person who naturally checks that everybody around me is all right. Friends know me as somebody they can rely on, but also somebody who’ll usually have them laughing.

Whether accompanying someone for an intimate dinner or attending a more formal occasion, I believe the person by my side should always feel comfortable, valued and special. I’m attentive, discreet and personable, with a witty sense of humour and an ability to adapt naturally to different people and surroundings.

That’s probably one of the things I’d most want you to know about me. I can take the lead without making everything about me. If you’re naturally shy or nervous about meeting somebody new, you don’t have to worry about carrying the conversation. I’ll break the ice. I genuinely enjoy finding out what people are about, what they’ve done with their life, what makes them laugh and what gets them excited. I can talk, definitely, but I can listen as well.

I’m also pretty disciplined when it comes to looking after myself. You’ll normally find me in the gym four or five times a week doing cardio circuits and weights. I try to eat reasonably healthily, but I’m certainly not going to pretend I live on chicken and broccoli. I enjoy good restaurants far too much for that.

Music is a big one for me. House, hip hop and old-school classics are probably where my taste naturally goes, especially at a good music event, but my playlists can jump all over the place. I really like going out to events and live music.

If we’re staying in, there’s a good chance you’re getting something based on a true story. I like watching true crime; the black market, the underworld and documentaries that show you a side of life you wouldn’t normally see.

I’m spontaneous as well. I enjoy having something to look forward to, but not everything needs to be planned weeks in advance. If we suddenly decide we fancy dinner, a show, live music or doing something completely different, then I’m up for it.

I can be smart and professional when the occasion calls for it, but I’m also comfortable dressed down. Wherever we are, the most important thing for me is that you feel comfortable enough to laugh and relax.

I live in London, but I can also travel to you where appropriate, assuming paid expenses and a fair period of notice.
