Travelling is a big part of who I am. I have been all over the world and get a thrill from the anticipation of a new place. I will never stop travelling, but I must say that even little UK breakaways are underrated – especially if they are spontaneous! I live in Bedfordshire but can travel throughout the country subject to notice and paid expenses.

General fitness and wellbeing is important to me but, in my opinion, must always be balanced with finding time for enjoyment and excitement, whatever form that may take.
